Lease Tracker
Our lease tracker allows you to easily browse the lease rates and deals across all Lucid and Rivian models, while applying specific incentives. For example, if you have a bonus-eligible trade-in towards a Lucid, you can make the corresponding selection below. Note that these estimates use standardized assumptions to compare lease deals across multiple makes and models. Actual monthly payments will differ based on several factors including fees, sales tax, and credit score.
Methodology update (May 9, 2026): All Lucid lease calculations now include the destination fee in MSRP ($1,650 for Gravity, $1,500 for Air). This better aligns our figures with the Lucid configurator and what buyers see at signing. RV% and % MSRP/mo have shifted slightly as a result. The overall trends and relative rankings are unchanged. Acquisition fee remains excluded from all calculations as a lender fee, not a vehicle cost.
Lease deal update (May 16, 2026): Lucid reintroduced Studio Select, a $3,000 incentive on select local/regional inventory. Confirm vehicle eligibility with a Sales Associate. Conquest incentive is now applicable to any non-Lucid vehicle, but only on-site vehicles are eligible. Trade-in of any non-Lucid vehicle is now eligible for the full $5,000 bonus. The $2,000 bonus is selectable for historical simulation. Employee referral credit of $1k is available.
June Lucid lease deal update (June 1, 2026): Studio Select remains available for select on-site vehicles. Confirm eligibility with a Sales Associate. Trade-in bonus remains applicable towards any non-Lucid vehicle, but is reduced to $4,000. Remaining incentives (Conquest, Loyalty, and employee referral) are unchanged. Rivian May incentives are extended to June 3rd. Check back after June 4 for new incentives.
June Rivian lease deal and methodology update (June 6, 2026): Figures updated with Rivian’s new lease rates and incentives introduced June 4th. Additionally, toggles for the inventory lease credit bonus ($3,000 for certain trims) have been included for June and retroactively April and May. Toggles for June’s inventory price reductions ($1,000 for Dual Large/Max and Tri trims and $5,000 for Quad) are included as well.
Rivian R2 added (June 10, 2026): Figures updated with the release of the R2 lease and financing rates.

MSRP includes destination fee ($1,650 Gravity, $1,500 Air, $1,895 R1S/R1T, $1,495 R2). Acquisition fee excluded (lender fee, not vehicle price). Configurator payments will be slightly higher due to acquisition fee.
Air and Gravity % MSRP/mo (and RV% for the Gravity Touring) changes with increasing options and thus is reported as a range. Rivian R1S/R1T/R2 RV% and % MSRP/mo do not meaningfully change with increasing options. Rating and est. monthly reflect base-spec values.
Lucid Credit amounts vary by model: $7,500 for Gravity, $12,500 for Air Pure/Touring, $15,000 for Air GT. Loyalty credit is $3,000 for Gravity, $2,000 for Air. Studio Select applies to local/regional inventory. Verify availability with your sales associate.
Rivian inventory incentives (L lease credit, P price reduction) apply to in-stock vehicles only. Design-your-own configurations do not receive these incentives. Eligible trims vary by month — see the incentive panel above.
